Проблемы применения адгезивных систем в практике врача стоматолога на основании анализа современных публикаций

Nowadays therapeutic stomatology achieved great success in treatment of diseases of tooth’s hard tissues. Due to new technologies in stomatology, tooth treatment acquired qualitatively new level. Materials significantly vary due to their characteristics and application technique requiring implementation of specific knowledge and continuous professional development of dentists in the field of adhesive dentistry. In clinical practice, dentists often face with the choice of using an optimal material and methods of application of adhesive systems. This article provides new knowledges of up-to-date medical sources of literature on the problem of indications for the usage of latest generations adhesives in practical dentistry, indicating the need of consideration of many factors, including the group affiliation of teeth, the patient´s age and the degree of vitality of teeth. But there’s no studies concerning the kind of suitable adhesive system to be optimal considering these factors. Further research is needed in order to identify indicators of long-term bonding between tooth’s hard tissues and ethanol and acetone based total-etch adhesives.
