Unraveling the Origins of Endogenous Optical Metabolic Changes using a Multi-Parametric Approach

We report on the combined use of endogenous two-photon intensity and lifetime based fluorescence measurements to identify changes in specific metabolic pathways. Such functional insights can improve understanding of disease development and drug effects.
