Research advances of relationship between let-7 and lung cancer

Let-7 is one of the most widely studied miRNAs at present.Let-7 has a variety of biological functions in lung cancer,such as inhibiting cell proliferation,promoting cell differentiation and apoptosis,etc,which indicates that let-7 is highly associated with lung cancer.Let-7 might serve as an indicator in the early diagnosis and prognosis of lung cancer.Let-7 has inhibition effect on tumor,which makes it has great potential applications in cancer therapy.
