Радикализация хирургического лечения венозной мальформации правой кисти и предплечья

Venous malformations are congenital defects, they have different versions or types depending on the prevalence of venous lesions in various tissues, and are extremely rare. The article presents a case report of successful treatment of venous malformation with the use of radical surgical tactics. The authors were able to identify and simultaneously remove the maximum amount of the affected veins. Using the technique of zigzag section passing through the main venous components meant minimal mobilization of the edges of the skin, thus avoiding complications and necrotic wound dehiscence.
