Фармакологические свойства шиффовых оснований из группы производных этоксиаминобензотиазола

Actoprotector and antihypoxic properties of schiff bases (new ethoxiaminobenzotiazole derivatives) were investigated in the experiments in white mice. EABTI-CIPHER3 substance was revealed among above mentioned derivatives; it demonstrated actoprotector and antihypoxic properties on the models of physical work capacity under ordinary conditions and in acute hypoxia of various genesis. The magnitude of the effect exerted by it was comparable and in some cases exceeded the same in other medicinal agents.
