小麦根腐离蠕孢菌诱导小麦β-1,3-葡聚糖酶基因的克隆及其表达

To determine the expression of β-1,3-glucanase in wheat leaves infected by Bipolaris sorokinianum, firstly, this gene was engineered from wheat leaves inoculated by Bipolaris sorokinianum via reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR); Secondly, Northern dotblotting was used to study the expression of this gene. The results showed that: a β-1,3-glucanase gene was achieved, it was expressed from 12 h to 48 h after inoculation, there was no detectable accumulation after 48 h; there was no detectable accumulation in control. We can conclude that the expression of this β-1,3-glucanase gene was induced by Bipolaris sorokinianum.
