Egfr and anti-anti cd3 bispecific antibodies and Applications

The present invention relates to biotechnology, particularly relates to antibodies and Application of a bispecific anti-EGFR and anti-CD3 bispecific antibody of the present invention capable of specifically binding a tumor cell surface antigen and epidermal growth factor receptor EGFR immune cell surface differentiation antigen 3 clusters i.e. CD3 molecule; wherein the anti-CD3 antibody is a single chain antibody ScFv at the C-terminus of the anti-EGFR antibody constant region. The present invention further provides a method for the preparation of bispecific antibodies and clinical use. The bispecific antibody of the present invention has a higher affinity for the treatment of neoplastic diseases EGFR overexpression or abnormal expression caused, and other diseases caused by EGFR overexpression.
