Learning from failure at the program level

Given the phenomena that failures are prevalent in the program management,this paper discuss the essential of failure and describe the bias in learning from failure. Then the author put forward a repeating process of recognizing failure-analyzing failure-recording and learning failure. Finally the paper suggest the implementation of ″learning from failure″ for Haier Group under their new strategic framework.
