Reactive power optimization model based on multi-objective bi-level programming and mixed algorithm

In the large-scale electrical power system, local electrical network independently carries on the voltage control without considering others benefits, possibly causes the overall system voltage to be unstable, forms the electrical network to disintegrate. Considering the voltage and the reactive power control of the electrical power system, which adopts the lamination district control much the physical characteristic, applies level programming unique characteristic to reactive power optimization, has established the reactive power model which based on the bi-level programming with multi-objectives.Considering reactive power optimization question characteristic itself unique, genetic and simulated annealing algorithm are solved the model.Testing results of applying the algorithm to an IEEE-30 bus system shows feasibility of model and efficiency of algorithm.
