Rich Clusters & Large Structures: The Search For Alignments

We present results of a survey of Abell clusters. Areas including 2 Mpc around each cluster have been digitized using the Leiden plate scanning machine. We discuss the alignment of Abell clusters with position angles based on galaxy distributions and on the X-ray morphology of the clusters in our sample which have been observed with Einstein.
