Une règle codifiée d'analyse de la nocivité des défauts : Le RSE-M

The 1996 edition of RSE-M (In-service Inspection Rules for the Mechanical Components of PWR Nuclear Islands») will be published soon. The content covers the surveillance program of the major nuclear island safety classed components and a complete methodology to analyse different type of defects following in-service inspection results. It is based on French Nuclear Industry practices. The corresponding flaw evaluation method is based on fracture mechanic approaches. The RSE-M proposal will be described in the paper, including material properties, analytical methods and acceptance criteria.
