Interstitial del(12) (q15q22) in myelodysplastic syndromes

Abstract A patient with a myelodysplastic syndrome and a 12q deletion was studied and followed-up. After 10 years and several cytogenetic studies, it is suggested that this abnormality can be the sole chromosomal change in myelodysplastic syndromes.
