2010
The methods that the suppression of unwanted pre-sleep thoughts in insomnia is mostly based on cognitive behavior therapy. The difficulties in these researches are that the insomniac can’t suppress their unwanted pre-sleep thoughts by thinking interesting scene and the time which needed by biological clock to work can’t be satisfied by this way. Therefore, this method unable to reduce sleep latency effectively. We use intermittent stimulation to substitute one’s vigorous and continuous cognitive behavior activities.Furthermore,we measure the time which the biological clock to work needs and apply this time to adjust the interval of stimulus.By this means,we can suppress unwanted pre-sleep thoughts effectively and reduce sleep latency obviously.
