2013
Objective Comparison of fentanyl and sufentanil in painless colonoscopy clinical patients in anesthesia effect comparative analysis. Methods Hospital in January 2011 to December 2011, 100 patients were divided into A, B two group, two group patients were using propofol and fentanyl anesthesia and propofol combined with sufentanil anesthesia method treatment. Results Two groups of a total of 100 patients underwent endoscopy, test results in two groups of patients with average physical parameters had no significant difference (P0.05 ), but was found after according to the patient's oral and overall response can be seen using propofol combined with sufentanil anesthesia anesthesia effect is better than using propofol and fentanyl anesthesia. In two groups of patients with microscopic examination after awakening time of B group was shorter than that of group A, but between the two groups P 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.
