The invention discloses a self-adaptive beam forming method of an intelligent antenna. The self-adaptive beam forming method comprises the specific steps: emitting a training sequence, estimating a channel, selecting an optimal beam forming matrix, feeding back information and forming a beam. When the training sequence is emitted, an emission end sends the training sequence to each middle node and a receiving end through a random beam; each middle node signal processor transmits the received training sequence to the receiving end by adopting an amplification and transmission manner; a channel estimating device of each middle node estimates a channel matrix from the emission end to the middle node according to the received training sequence and transmits information of the channel matrix to the receiving end. According to the self-adaptive beam forming method of the intelligent antenna, a main lobe of an array antenna directional diagram in the intelligent antenna points to a needed direction and a null aligns to an interference direction; the intensity of a needed signal of array output is improved as much as possible, and a large enough signal-to-noise rate is obtained; the high-precision target resolution capability is obtained; meanwhile, the intensity of interference signals is reduced, and the signal to interference and noise ratio of the array output is improved.
