The invention provides an adjustable vacuum thermal-insulation multilayer sunshading and cooling method. The adjustable vacuum thermal-insulation multilayer sunshading and cooling method comprises the steps that firstly, a multilayer sunshading mechanism installed on a needed cooling system is manufactured, wherein the multilayer sunshading mechanism comprises sun shields, installation frameworks, a driving mechanism A and a driving mechanism B, the driving mechanism A is installed on the side face of the cooling system, a rotating shaft of the driving mechanism A is parallel with one edge of a cooling surface of the cooling system, the driving mechanism B is installed on the bottom surface or the side face of the cooling system, a rotating shaft of the driving mechanism B is perpendicular to the cooling surface of the cooling system, the installation frameworks are connected with the driving mechanism A, and the sun shields are fixed to the installation frames; secondly, the driving mechanism A and the driving mechanism B are controlled to rotate so that sunlight entering the cooling surface can be blocked by the sun shields. By the adoption of the adjustable vacuum thermal-insulation multilayer sunshading and cooling method, the purposes of improving cooling capacity of a system and cooling equipment as required are achieved.
