2017
A ***-year-old woman, gravida ***, was referred for a level II ultrasound at ***weeks of gestation with a suspected facial anomaly that was seen on a routine second-trimester ultrasound examination. The parents were non-consanguineous, with uneventful medical and family histories. First-trimester screening for Down syndrome showed a low risk for common trisomies with normal fetal biometry and anatomy.
