High-back-pressure turbine end vapor seal capable of being rapidly detached

2016
The invention provides a high-back-pressure turbine end vapor seal capable of being rapidly detached, and relates to the energy and power industry. An adjustment gasket A is arranged between a vapor seal main body A and a cylinder lower half part. An adjustment gasket A is arranged between the vapor seal main body A and a cylinder upper half part. The cylinder upper half part is connected with an axle sealing cover through hexagonal socket screws. An adjustment gasket B is arranged between the axial sealing cover and a cylinder seal main body B. The left side of the cylinder seal main body B is connected with one end of an anti-rotating pin A, and the other end of the anti-rotating pin A makes contact with the vapor seal main body A. The right side of the cylinder seal main body B is connected with one end of an anti-rotating pin B, and the other end of the anti-rotating pin B makes contact with a cylinder seal main body C. When the end vapor seal of a unit is replaced, bolts, the pins and other fastening pieces through which the axle sealing cover is connected with the cylinder upper half part and the cylinder lower half part are detached, the axle sealing cover is then detached, a midsplit bolt of a cylinder seal body is detached, the cylinder seal body is composed of two parts which can be taken out of the upper portion after the axle sealing cover is detached, and end vapor seal rings are replaced. After replacement, the end vapor seal rings are installed back according to a reverse sequence, and the end vapor seal can be easily, conveniently and rapidly replaced under the condition of not lifting the cylinder upper half part.
