The Effect Of Uterine Suture Method To Uterine Incision Healing In Low-segment Cesarean Section

Objective:To study the effect of uterine suture method about uterine incision healing in low-segment cesarean section. Methods:Select 3058 maternal due to social factors lower uterine segment cesarean section. Using two methods to Suturing uterine incision. Follow-up vagina colour after the operation to know the situation uterine in-cision healing. Follow-up maternal who cesarean section again after two years using abdominal ultrasound. Results:There are statistical significance of the two methods. Conclusion:Continuous suture, intermittent reinforcement is bet-ter than the other method compare in uterine incision healing and Uterine muscle layer thickness.
