Histological research of the microscrew implant-bone interface after immediately loading at different time interval

Objective To investigate the histological interface of implant-bone with immediately loading or not in different time interval.Methods Titanium mini screws were used in 4 dog's buccal regions of maxilla.Then the animals were sacrificed at 1, 2, 4, and 8 weeks respectively after immediately loading of 200 grams.32 pieces of sample with the screws surrounding with the bone were obtained and examined with HE staining.Results Thirty-two mini screws were survived until the end of experiment A little osteoid was observed in experimental group at 4 weeks and layered bone present at 8 weeks.On the contrary, osteoid was much more obvious in control groups.Conclusion The time of the osseointegration in the impliant-bone interface was delayed by immediately loading on mini-screws.
