Data collecting device and control system of oiling machine

The invention provides a data collecting device of an oiling machine. The data collecting device comprises a communication module 1a, a microprocessor 1b, an oil gun control module 1c, a data collecting module 1d and a valve signal acquiring module 1e. The communication module 1a is connected with a control system (2), and the oil gun control module 1c, the data collecting module 1d and the valve signal acquiring module 1e are connected with the oiling machine. The communication module 1a, the oil gun control module 1c, the data collecting module 1d and the valve signal acquiring module 1e are controlled by the microprocessor 1b. The communication module 1a receives an oil gun opening instruction sent by the control system (2) when receiving information, and the communication module 1a sends oiling data of the oiling machine to the control system (2) when sending information. An oil gun of the oiling machine is opened through the oil gun control module 1c according to the oil gun opening instruction. The valve signal acquiring module 1e acquires a valve closing signal generated when oiling of the oiling machine is finished. The data collecting module 1d collects oiling data in the oiling machine. The oiling condition of a user can be analyzed by collecting oiling data of the user.
