Immunogenic cell death inducers for enhanced cancer immunotherapy

Inducing immunogenic cell death (ICD) of cancer cells is an important method to improve the immunogenicity of tumor for enhanced cancer immunotherapy. Therefore, we discuss the ICD process and then highlight various ICD inducers and strategies for triggering ICD of cancer cells. We hope that this review will inspire readers to develop more effective ICD inducers.
