Anion Content Variation in Different ages of Gentiana Rigescens

Aim:To develop a rapid method for the determination of anions in Gentiana rigescens,provide bases for rational application of fertilizer and standardized production simultaneously.Methods:Using ultrasonic assisted extraction-ion chromatography(UAE-IC) method,we evaluated F-,Cl-,NO-2,NO3-and PO3-4 in different ages and parts of G.rigescens.Results:Among the samples,except the concentration of NO-2wasn't detected out,the contents of others were NO-3 PO3-4F-Cl-;the concentrations of NO-3,PO3-4,F-,Cl-were the highest in 1.5 years old,then decreased to the lowest level in 2 years old,then increased again during 2 to 3 years old.The contents of NO-3 and Cl-increased firstly and then declined along with root,stem,leaf and flower,whereas,the contents of PO3-4and F-declined firstly and then increased.The spike recoveries were between 96.47%~117.23%.Conclusion:This method is simple to handle,and gives good veracity,its results are reliable.This result is satisfied in the determination of anions in G.rigescens.
