The invention provides a management method, device and network device of the stack link. The management method comprises the following steps: establishing two or more of stack links between a stack switch and an adjacent stack switch in the stack system; establishing a stack neighbor table according to the stack links, wherein the stack neighbor table contains the MAC address and stack port information corresponding to the stack links; and determining one of the stack links as the data transmission link between the stack switch and the adjacent stack switch according to the MAC address and stack port information in the stack neighbor table. The method of the invention adopts a plurality of stack links to back up the data transmission link, thus solving the problem of the prior art that the stack is split when a single stack link is out of order and increasing the operation stability of the stack system.
