Effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the treatment of 32 patients with multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To explore the influence of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the treatment of patients with multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 32 patients with multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,16 cases in each group.The control group was conducted with conventional treatment and nursing,while the intervention group was conducted with rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Results The aspects such as disease cognizing,mental status,compliance of treatment,rehabilitation situation and satisfactory degree in the intervention group were significantly better than the control group,and there were significant difference between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Through the implementation of individual and effective rehabilitation nursing intervention,the majority of patients can effectively regulate their adverse mental status and actively cooperate with the treatment,which is very important for improving the curative rate of the disease.
