Theoretical realization of a bend-resistant single-mode photonic crystal fiber

A bend-resistant single-mode photonic crystal fiber (PCF) is presented based on the existence of a triangular core, and two cladding layers. Simulations show that it has a great ability against the bend-induced mode distortion and loss. (2 pages)
