The Quality Control of Chemoluminescence Immunoassay for Reproductive Hormones

To explore the role of the quality control in chemoluminescence immunoassay(CLIA) of reproductive hormones,the laboratory quality control was observed and investigated in the quantitatively measurement of reproductive hormones by CLIA methods.The results showed that the external quality assessment and internal quality assessment were satisfying.The special dilute solutions should be used in the measurement of estradiol(E2) and progesterone(P) by CLIA.The higher quality control in E2 and P measurement by CLIA could provide more accurate results for clinical practice.
