Secure access control in a TINA environment containing mobile agents

In this paper we present the work being done in the Scarab (Smart card and agent enabled reliable access) project to design an access control mechanism for a TINA based service architecture. Within the bounds of this we also describe the use of mobile agents to enable the setting up of an access session.
