The invention provides a remote monitoring control device based on a solar micro power consumption dynamic liquid surface, and relates to the field of oil production equipment. A dynamic liquid surface integral remote control collection device is arranged on an oil well; the dynamic liquid surface integral remote control collection device and a control center server are in wireless two-way communication connection through either a GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) or a GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication); the control center server is connected with a PC (Personnel Computer) terminal through a circuit; and the dynamic liquid surface integral remote control collection device is provided with a power supplying power supply formed by connecting a lead-acid battery and a standby lithium battery in parallel. The remote monitoring control device has the advantages that a solar micro power consumption power supply system is connected into a dynamic liquid surface measurement module; an electronic information technology, a communication technology and other auxiliary equipment are used for cooperated work; the energy-saving effect is achieved; the power supply is stable; the external restriction and influence factors are few; the problem of power supplying difficulty of a field external power supply is solved; new renewable energy sources are used for uninterrupted power supply; and the micro power consumption dynamic liquid surface remote monitoring control is realized.
