2021
The importance of the study was highlighted through the use of a set of special exercises and the extent of their impact on the rehabilitation of the rupture injury of this muscle, and through it the researcher wanted to study the problem of his research which is the tearing of the biceps brachial muscle of the medium type through the use of some special exercises where this muscle is often subjected to rupture as a result Excessive load during performance or exercise significantly and other reasons. Where the study aimed to identify the differences between the pre and post tests for special exercises in the rehabilitation of the biceps brachial tear injury of the variable range of motion, as well as to identify the differences between the pre and post tests for special exercises in rehabilitating the biceps brachial tear injury of the strength variable. The researcher used the experimental method, due to its suitability to the nature of the research. (4) players were obtained from the throwing activities suffering from a torn biceps humeral muscle of the middle degree, where the research sample represented one group of pre and posttest, who were rehabilitated through a set of special exercises. The tests used are to test the strength and range of motion of the elbow joint. The rehabilitative curriculum for the rehabilitative exercises continued for (6) weeks, at a rate of (3) rehabilitative units per week, and after presenting and discussing the results, the researcher reached some conclusions, which are. In light of the results in the post-test, the rehabilitative exercises led to a marked improvement in the range of motion of the elbow joint as well as the rehabilitative exercises led to a significant improvement in the maximum strength of the biceps muscle and in light of the conclusions the researcher recommended to continue performing the exercises from time to time, especially the affected area and the muscles Surrounding it, as well as emphasizing the use of static and moving exercises within the vocabulary of the rehabilitative curriculum based on the anatomical and mechanical foundations when preparing the curriculum.
