The performed autopsy analysis of 170 died patients with TB of central nervous system associated with HIVinfection showed that to the histologic peculiarities of HIV-associated TB of this location there refer prevalence of infiltrative necrotic reactions over cellular and also occurrence of specific changes in brain vessels. The presence of these peculiarities is evident in the change of anamnestic and laboratory data, which is proved by the results of the overall examination of 191 HIV-infected patients with TB of central nervous system, being treated in Irkutsk Regional TB Dispensary in 2002-2009
