Model Identification of Ultrasonic Motor Voltage-Speed Control

Ultrasonic motor's mathematical model adapting to control application is the foundation of the motor's high performance control.Ultrasonic motor's speed control model taking amplitude as an argument was constructed by system identification method in this paper.It provided foundation for the design of the motor's speed adaptive control strategy.The identification method mentioned in this paper is very useful to the model study of other type of ultrasonic motor and other electromagnetic motors.
