The invention discloses a distributing device of a full-automatic seedling cultivation plug tray. The device comprises a rack (5), a plug tray separation device, a plug tray conveying device and a plug tray lifting device. Side plates (2) are arranged on the two sides of the top of the rack (5). The plug tray separation device is fixedly disposed between the two side plates (2). Stacked plug trays are arranged on the plug tray separation device between the two side plates (2). The plug tray conveying device is arranged below the plug tray separation device. The stacked plug trays on the plug tray separation device are separated through the plug tray lifting device and placed on the plug tray conveying device, and distribution of the stacked plug trays is achieved. The plug tray separation device, the plug tray conveying device and the plug tray lifting device are designed, the stacked plug trays are separated into single plug trays through combination of the separation device and the plug tray lifting device, the plug trays are conveyed onto a conveying belt through the plug tray conveying device for the next procedure, and the steps are repeated till the stacked plug trays are distributed one by one. The whole process is automatically completed, manpower is saved, labor intensity of operators is reduced, equipment cost is low, one-time investment is achieved, and the distributing device can be used for a long time and suitable for large-scale production.
