The invention relates to a fluid heat-exchange type battery cell which comprises a shell, and a positive electrode bar, a negative electrode bar, a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate and a diaphragm which are arranged in the shell. The fluid heat-exchange type battery cell also comprises at least one guide pipe, wherein the guide pipe is arranged in the shell, both ends of the guide pipe extend out of the shell and are used for connecting with an external heat exchange fluid supply source, so that a heat exchange fluid flows in the guide pipe; electric insulation is kept between the guide pipe and the positive electrode plate; and the outer wall of the guide pipe only maintains contact with the diaphragm, or simultaneously maintains contact with the negative electrode plate and the diaphragm. The invention also relates to a battery comprising at least one battery cell and a vehicle provided with at least one battery. The invention has the characteristics of simple and compact structure, high working reliability and the like, is easy to manufacture, can effectively enhance the heat exchange property of the existing battery cell, and solves the problem of temperature rise due to heat accumulation in the use process, thereby prolonging the service life of the battery and ensuring the safety performance. By using the invention, the energy utilization efficiency of the vehicle-mounted power battery can be enhanced, and the cruising mileage of the vehicle is prolonged.
