The invention relates to a vertical rotary cultivation handling method of soil for wheat planting, effectively solving the problem that wheat yield increase and quality improvement are affected by quality degradation of soil plough layers. The method includes drying corn for 3-8 days after autumn harvest of the corn in a rural area adopting a two cropping system in which wheat and the corn are planted in rotation, and keeping the soil moisture content at 16-20%; smashing corn straw, returning the smashed straw into the field and applying base fertilizer; performing rotary cultivation once by a vertical rotary cultivator, deeply digging soil layers, rotationally grinding and smashing the soil, enabling the vertical rotary cultivator to extend out of the land by 2-10cm to rake the soil once, furrowing and sowing, and dressing the field with 8-10kg of urea serving as nitrogenous fertilizer per mu in a wheat regeneration and elongation stage after sowing. The vertical rotary cultivation handling method has the advantages that the method is simple, easy to operate, good in effect and capable of preventing hardening and degradation of the soil for wheat planting effectively, the soil subjected to rotary cultivation is soft, protection to the soil moisture content is benefited, nutrient utilization rate of crops is increased, good wheat production is guaranteed, yield of the wheat is increased, environmental pollution is reduced, and economic and social benefits are huge.
