Ni-P-TiO2(ZrO2)纳米复合材料镀层性质及工艺优化

The electroless Ni-P-TiO2(ZrO2) nanometer composite coatings on A3 steel surface have been formed. The influences of both composition and deposition condition on the coating deposit velocity and the properties have been investigated. The physical chemistry natures of the Ni-P-TiO2 and Ni-P-ZrO2 coatings have been studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM), weighting, accelerated corrosion tests and hardometer. The results show that the homogeneity, polish, high hardness and corrosion resistance of the coatings are superior to Ni-P coating and A3 steel specimen. The corrosion rates of the Ni-P-TiO2 and Ni-P-ZrO2 coatings are 0.0247 and 0.0322 g/(m^2•h) respectively.
