PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI UPTD KESEHATAN/PUSKESMAS MANGGIS I

Employee performance is the level of work achievement of employees after trying or working or the end result of an activity. Many factors can affect employee performance such as competence, organizational commitment, and work discipline. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of competence, organizational commitment, and work discipline on employee performance. The sample of this study were 80 employees of UPTD Health / Puskesmas Manggis I. The sampling technique uses a sample (saturated). The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with previously tested by quality tests (validity and reliability) and classic assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity). The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the competency variable is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The organizational commitment variable proved to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline variables also proved to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
