Food waste is a persistent global problem with negative economic, environmental, and social impacts. Consumers are one of the main sources of food waste. Many scholars have studied consumer behavior, but relatively little research has been conducted on the design and practice of consumer waste behavior intervention strategies, and the construction of a sustainable system is comparatively lacking.
