To create value, a company must rely on all its actors, its environment and all the factors of innovation. The involvement of each of its actors in the search for ideas is one of the factors of success of its projects. Each player at his level can propose improvements, detect problems and propose solutions. In addition to this collaborative approach, we propose to analyze how the classical management of projects (GP) based on the analysis of words is well adapted to the companies of the portfolio of the Ivorian state. We then study the contributions of the use of new data analysis tools such as BIG DATA dedicated to improving the innovation management strategies of these companies.
