Natural Killer Cell Therapy in Allogeneic Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation

Natural killer (NK) cells are the first cells to recover post allogeneic transplant, and early recovery has been associated with improved outcomes. Cellular therapies utilizing NK cells hold great promise for improving patient outcomes. This chapter reviews the current landscape of NK cellular therapies and discusses opportunities for future exploration.
