Municipal policy in relation to the Social Support Act (Wmo) in 2010

Original title: Gemeentelijk Wmo-beleid 2010 Since 1 January 2007, Dutch municipalities have been responsible for implementing the Social Support Act (Wmo). The Netherlands Institute for Social Research/SCP is evaluating the Act at the request of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. This interim report presents a national picture of how local Wmo policy was being implemented in 2010 according to municipalities. We compare the results with the intentions of the legislator. We also compare the year 2010 with the introductory years 2007/2008.
