Study on Welding Usability of SRJ60Fe Electrode

In the paper,welding usability of SRJ60Fe electrode in different welding current was evaluated on Analysator Hannover,and the welding usability of electrodes 945Fe,ZS60A and SRJ60Fe under the same welding conditions was campared.The weld fume quantity of SRJ60Fe electrode and ZS60A electrode was detected by using the weld fume collection device.The results show that the whole welding usability of SRJ60Fe electrode is good,and its weld fume quantity is equivalent with ZS60A electrode.
