The Army parole system.

Mr. Goldberg, A.B., Wayne University, M.A., University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration, was supervisor of case work at the Juvenile Court, District of Columbia from 1940 to 1945. He is now Chief Case Analyst, Clemency Board Section, Correction Branch, Adjutant General's Office, Department of the Army, Major, Medical Service, in the Officer Reserve Corps, and lecturer in correctional programs for juvenile and adult offenders at the School of Social Service, Catholic University of America. Mr. Hoefer, Doctor of Laws, University of Berlin and L.L.M., Harvard Law School, is a member of the District of Columbia Bar. He has been active in criminal law administration and penology for more than 10 years, has published a book on comparative probation legislation and several articles on prisons and penal law. He served in the U. S. Army from 1942 to 1945, and is now a Case Analyst in the Correction Branch, Adjutant General's Office, Department of the Army. Both authors are affiliated with the Army clemency and parole program.-EDIToR.
