Case Analysis on Treatment of Petrochemical Sludge

The sludge from different sources is treated distinctively in Sinopec Tianjin Branch.For oily sludge,such as separation tank sediment and scum,it is sent to the delayed coking unit and used as cooling water in coking tower.For residual activated sludge from biological processes,it is treated in the thin layer drying unit and sent to boiler to burn after drying.All the sludge in Tianjin Branch has been harmlessly treated.
