Динамика цитокинового статуса у крыс при моделировании ишемического инсульта

Problem of therapy of an ischemic stroke the most actual in modern medicine. This fact dictates need of creation of adequate experimental models of this nosology for its adequate studying. In work the model of cerebral ischemia at laboratory rats on which level pro-inflammatory cytokines and β-endorphins in comparison with control group of animals was estimated is created. Experiments are made on 50 rats males who were divided in a random way into 2 groups: 1 – control group and 2 – group with modeling of an ischemic stroke. In blood serum for 1, 3, 7 and 14 days of supervision defined a tumor necrosis factor-α, interleykin-1β, interleykin-6 and β-endorphin. As a result of the conducted research it is established that the system inflammatory answer is more expressed in the 2nd group of rats. This fact testifies to need of search of safe and profitable methods of complex treatment of an ischemic stroke.
