2012
Objective To analyze course of treatment and post-operative effects of lens extraction combined with vitrectomy in the treatment of traumatic lens dislocation. Methods The lens extraction combined with vitrectomy was performed on 24 patients(24 eyes) with ocular trauma from January 2010 to June 2011.We played suspended intraocular lens implantation, and filled C3F8 gas in the vitreous cavity. Results After the surgery,follow-up of patients have been 8 months. There was no corneal decompensation,or severe ocular inflammatory response in the observation period. There were 7 patients in 1-2 months with different degree of elevated intraocular pressure.4 patients found chamber angle damage were treated by trabeculectomy surgery.3 cases of postoperative patients with retinal detachment occurs after one month..We found dialyses in vitrectomy. Conclusion Effect of combined surgical treatment of traumatic lens dislocation, may be according to the degree of dislocation of the lens and the extent of tissue damage in the eye.Long term complications as a result of the trauma itself will affect the combined effect.
