Fuzzy Optimization Design of EMU-Welded Bogie Frame

The lightweight design is one of the important researches of the high-speed train. For the realization of EMU welded bogie frame structure optimization and lightweight, and for traditional optimization design deficiencies, fuzzy optimization design method was put forward based on fuzzy of optimization objective function and constraints, Taking welded bogie frame design as an example, based on the finite element method, the framework is fuzzy optimization based on the finite element method. The results show that optimization results is more scientific and reasonable based on the fuzziness of constraint variable.
