Parametric Nonlinear Optical Techniques in Microscopy

A small revolution is taking place in microscopy. Nonlinear optical spectroscopic techniques — which in bulk applications have been around almost since the invention of the laser in the sixties — are rapidly being incorporated within high resolution microscopy.
