The invention belongs to road economy, and is more concrete, to mobile road measuring complexes and is intended for determination of coefficient of coupling of an automobile wheel with a paving for the purpose of increase of level of traffic safety due to definition and achievement of the guaranteed coefficient of coupling of an automobile wheel with the road. According to the offered way roll an ispytuyemy wheel on in advance moistened site of the road. As test equipment use the automobile PKRS-2 installation consisting of the car, hook-on one-wheeled device (with the examinee a wheel) equipped with sensors of flatness and coefficient of coupling. Requirements to test equipment and conditions of test correspond to GOST 30413-96. According to the offered way as liquid for watering use water two-component solution of chloride NaCl sodium and chloride CaCl 2 calcium with a ratio of components in solution: NaCl:CaCl 2 = 3:1, and select percentage of water solution of chloride sodium and chloride calcium taking into account air temperature. As a result of application of offered composition of liquid for watering of a site of a covering under the examinee the wheel (a site of the road) reaches possibility of determination of coefficient of coupling of an automobile wheel with road to a cold season at a temperature below 0oC that is especially important when forming a complex of actions for safety of movement in the most dangerous cold season.
