Method for treating waste water of 1,4-butanediol production

The process of treating waste water from 1, 4-butanediol includes the following steps: passing the waste water through one mechanical grille to eliminate large floatage, homogenizing with one submerged stirrer in a regulating pond, treating in one SBR reactor, treating sludge in a pressure filter, monitoring the water quality in a monitoring pond, returning the water under the discharge standard to the regulating pond for further treatment and discharging after reaching the discharge standard. The process is suitable for treating organic waste water with high toxicity and high concentration.
